Effective 10/1/2010 - -.05/bu/month starting from date of unload and prorated per day until April 20, 2011,  Free DP from May 1, 2011 until September 30, 2011.  Any Corn in this program  not priced by 09/30/11 will be rolled into the new DP Program in effect at that time.  Moisture will be on a per load basis at harvest time and there will be no averaging.  After harvest,  moisture will be averaged if it is 14.5% or lower with no exceptions.  It will be on loads within 30 days.  Each location stands alone.  Each settlement stands alone.

Effective 04/01/10- Free DP on Corn until Sept. 30, 2010.  The TW avg will be on per delivery sheet basis. Mst will be averaged per delivery sheet if it averages 14.5% or less there will not be any moisture charges only shrink will apply . Any corn in this program not priced by 09/30/10 will be rolled into the new DP Program in effect at that time.

Effective 01/01/10-Free DP on Corn that will average 52#  or better through Sept. 30, 2010. Any Corn not priced by 09/30/10 will be rolled into the new DP Program in effect at that time.  The Tw avg will be on per delivery sheet basis and you cannot pick the loads to avg.  Moisture will be on a per load basis and there will be no averaging.

You will have 30 days from the time of unload to sell or put on the DP Program.  This 30 day period is also the time in which you must get your LDP's if there are any.  There will not be any service charges applied if sold within the allowed 30 days.  Any commodity not priced at the end of the 30 day period will be placed on a Delayed Priced Contract.
